We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression.

In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, helping members with their purchases, ensuring carts are ready and available, assisting members with loading their vehicles and supporting a great member experience. You will be constantly on your feet and on the go, rain or shine.

Additional duties include:

• Ensuring club pickup orders are filled, contacting members for delays, offering alternatives, and ensuring products are packaged according to company policies.
• Conducting safety sweeps, handling merchandise safely, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Assisting members with purchasing decisions, processing purchases, handling payments, and using cash registers.
• Organizing merchandise, zoning designated areas, maintaining cart availability, and using cart retrieval equipment.
• Complying with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Managing work assignments, prioritizing tasks, collaborating with managers and co‑workers, and communicating progress.
