Sales Associate

Responsible for day‑to‑day operations in a store, focusing on customer engagement, store functionality, and merchandising standards.

• Brand Experience / Customer Service
  • Embrace the brands by wearing them at work and displaying passion for Lee and Wrangler products.
  • Greet each customer and actively engage them on the sales floor with open‑ended questions.
  • Assist customers in the fitting room and suggest products that best meet their needs.
• Operations, Loss Prevention, and Safety
  • Follow all company and store policies, processes, and procedures.
  • React quickly to customer or associate injuries and report them immediately to the manager on duty.
• Visual Merchandising
  • Follow all directions regarding visual merchandising standards for the store.

• Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction.
• Previous retail or service‑oriented experience preferred but not required.
• Work effectively as part of a team to exceed sales results.
• Approach and initiate conversation with customers comfortably.
• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

• Operate office equipment and technology (cash register, computers, phones, scanners).
• Stand for up to 8 hours during scheduled shifts.
• Walk, move, lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; push/pull full racks for restocking.
• Reach, stretch, bend, stoop, and crouch to retrieve items from shelves and maintain store cleanliness.
• Occasionally perform manual labor to assemble displays or rearrange store layout.
• Accurately read labels and use fine manipulation skills to sort, organize, fold, and hang clothing.

• Hourly wage: $14.00–$15.65 (based on state).
