Handle returns, zone the area, and organize merchandise while identifying shrink and damages;
Provide member service by maintaining exit areas, reviewing receipts, acknowledging members and assisting with purchases and locating merchandise;
Maintain self-checkout area and resolve member issues and concerns; promote products and services and assist with self-service technology;
Process member purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to policies and payment types;
Assist with securing Sam's Club assets by observing and reporting potential criminal activity and maintaining required documentation; participate in training and process improvements.
