2020 Companies, in partnership with Meta, is hiring part‑time Sales Specialists to recommend Meta products to retail shoppers.

Pay: $20.50 per hour.

Schedule:

20 hours per week – Friday 4:00pm‑8:00pm, Saturday & Sunday 11:00am‑7:00pm.

Additional shifts added in November and December for key customer shopping days.

Work closely with retail shoppers to recommend Meta products and train retail associates on new AI apps and tools. Build customer relationships and drive sales in a technology‑first environment.

• Partner with retail associates and leaders.
• Track customer interactions and sales electronically; submit daily reports.
• Adhere to operational policies and respect store hierarchies.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum six months experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing preferred.
• Interest in AV/VR products a plus.
• Ability to engage, demonstrate, and close sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
• Thrives in fast‑paced team environment.
• Availability to work weekends and up to three weekday shifts.
• Own an iPhone
  11 sized or Samsung S25 equivalent smartphone.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, lift up to 20lbs; accommodations available.
