Provide member service by acknowledging the member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting Sam's Club products and services;
Process Memberships upgrades and credit accounts and promote membership benefits;
Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, ensuring the accuracy of orders and invoices, securing items until Members arrive;
Maintain safety of Facility by following safety standards and procedures, including safety sweeps and hazardous materials handling;
Collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners to identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicate progress and opportunities for improvement.
