New Smyrna Beach to Jacksonville (with potential future expansion Cape Canaveral → Fort Pierce)

Compensation: $80K–$90K base + commission (uncapped earning potential $150K+)

Are you a self-motivated sales professional with a passion for engineering or construction? Join a leading, well-established engineering firm specializing in coastal structural restoration and weatherproofing. We’re seeking a dynamic Engineering Sales Representative to grow our business across Florida’s East Coast.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, attending industry events, and being the face of a trusted engineering firm to condominium boards, property managers, and specialty contractors. While prior industry experience is a bonus, we’re also happy to train the right candidate with the drive to succeed in this specialized market.

• Drive business development and sales for structural engineering services, condominium restoration, and roof consulting
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, boards, property managers, and contractors
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and grow market presence
• Travel daily within your territory to meet clients and promote services

• Self-starter with strong motivation and desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment
• Sales, marketing, or project management experience preferred; prior experience in building restoration is a bonus
• Engineering degree or Florida PE license a plus (not required)
• Familiarity with software such as Blue Beam, Microsoft Office,
