Position Overview

In House Marketing Agent Capital Vacations is one of the fastest growing companies in the vacation ownership industry and we are looking for energetic, outgoing, and motivated professionals to join our In House Marketing Team. Unlike many marketing positions in the industry, this position is paid on net tours generated, not on penetration rates. If you are confident in your ability to connect with people, generate quality tours, and create excitement, you will have the opportunity to maximize your earnings.

• Generate excitement around the Capital Vacations ownership experience
• Invite Owners to attend Owner Updates
• Invite Non Owners to attend a Vacation Ownership Sales Presentation
• Assist guests and owners with on‑site and off‑site information
• Provide a positive and professional guest experience
• Understand and follow qualification guidelines and company policies
• Maintain knowledge of local attractions, events and resort offerings
• Complete all required paperwork and reporting accurately
• Handle inbound and outbound calls as needed
• Meet and exceed production goals

• OPC or In House Marketing experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Positive, outgoing, and highly motivated personality
• Sales‑minded and goal oriented
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment
• Additional hours may be required to meet business needs
