Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative, you are accountable for engaging with existing and prospective customers, promoting products and services, and generating sales revenue.

• Uncapped commission earnings
• First‑year compensation plans range from $55,000 to $95,000

• Relationship Management
  :
  Cultivate strong relationships with customers in a designated territory to understand their business needs and identify areas of opportunity.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting
  :
  Effectively cold call potential customers in the territory to grow a book of business.
• Planning & Priority Setting
  :
  Plan week in advance to prioritize customer stops and territory growth.
• Product Knowledge
  :
  Demonstrate our products to potential customers to show their value and quality.
• Achieve Sales Goals
  :
  Meet or exceed sales quotas by following the company’s proven sales programs and processes learned in training workshops.
• Reporting
  :
  Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities by inputting information into systems; support customers by reporting cost savings.

• Ability to travel to customer and associate locations and company meetings within the assigned geographic area, while maintaining required insurance coverage minima.
• Use of a personal electronic device that complies with the company’s Bring‑Your‑Own‑Device (BYOD) policy.
• Execution of an Employment Agreement and/or revised Employment Agreement exhibit(s) provided for review prior to execution.
