We’re looking for a high-energy, confident, and articulate individual to engage our service customers and uncover opportunities—whether that’s helping them sell their current vehicle or upgrade into something new.

No automotive experience? No problem. We’ll train the right person.

• Greet and connect with service customers in a friendly, professional way
• Identify opportunities for customers to sell or trade their vehicle
• Start natural, pressure-free conversations about upgrading or purchasing
• Build trust quickly and create a positive, memorable experience
• Use your personality and people skills to influence decisions and close opportunities
• Work closely with the sales team to convert opportunities into deals

• Energetic, outgoing, and highly motivated personality
• Strong communication skills and confidence talking to anyone
• Natural ability to influence and persuade without being pushy
• Competitive mindset with a desire to maximize income through performance
• Coachable and eager to learn
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus—but not required

• $30+ per hour (base + performance incentives)
