Client Services Manager: You will be the front‑liner for resident experience and support. Your responsibilities include managing resident issues, payments, lease inquiries, and more. Utilizing high‑level communication and strategic consultative selling skills, you will provide a positive experience that meets resident expectations. You will also oversee the leasing team, offering assistance as needed.
Qualifications- Multifamily experience required
- One Site experience/knowledge preferred
- Customer‑focused attitude and great interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of technology products including One Site
- Problem‑solving skills
- Self‑driven and desire to succeed
- Working knowledge of Social Media
- Microsoft Office product suite:
Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, Outlook - Marketing concepts
- Customer‑Focused with excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Timely, organized, and efficient
- Adaptable, creative, and open‑minded
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Sales savvy and eager to help people find the right home
- Detail Oriented: Capable of carrying out a task with all necessary details to complete it well.
