Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. This is a physical, fast‑paced indoor/outdoor position in which partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

Key Responsibilities- You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
- Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
- Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
- Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
- Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
- Active driver’s license and at least 21 years of age.
- DOT medical certification.
- Documented previous employment.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
- High School diploma, GED or Military Service.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Self‑motivation and drive to work in a team‑oriented environment.
- Positive attitude, ambition, organization and service spirit.
