Sales Consultant

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role based in Daytona Beach, FL. The Sales Consultant will manage and grow assigned accounts by building strong relationships with retailers, and other customers, ensuring optimal product selection, placement, and promotion. Day-to-day responsibilities include visiting customer locations, presenting product offerings, negotiating orders and pricing within guidelines, and identifying opportunities to increase sales volume and market share.

The role also involves monitoring inventory levels, executing merchandising standards, setting up displays, and collaborating with internal teams to coordinate deliveries and resolve service issues. The Sales Consultant will track sales performance, maintain accurate records, and provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to support continuous improvement.

• Demonstrated skills in Sales Consulting, with a focus on understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate product solutions.
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a track record of building and maintaining positive client relationships.
• Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and professional written correspondence.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and ability to travel locally using personal vehicle to customer sites on a daily basis.
• Prior experience in beverage, consumer packaged goods, or related sales roles preferred; knowledge of beer and beverage categories is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Comfort with basic technology tools such as CRM systems, mobile apps, email, and spreadsheets for sales reporting.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
