We are seeking an On Your Land Sales Associate to guide buyers through the exciting process of finding land to build their new home, or building on land they already own. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven professional who enjoys educating buyers, coordinating solutions, and closing customized home opportunities.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist buyers in finding suitable land for their new home
• Guide homeowners interested in building on their own land
• Serve as a trusted advisor through the land and home-building journey
• Collaborate with internal teams to bring each home vision to life

What We’re Looking For:

• Sales experience (real estate or homebuilding preferred)
• Strong communication and consultative skills
• Self-motivated with a customer-first mindset

Qualifications

• Strong listening, negotiation, and closing skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong follow-up, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and a positive, professional attitude
• Ability and willingness to work weekends
• Valid Florida Driver License and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent
