Sales & Guest Experience Associate

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, Daytona Beach, FL

Hand & Stone Daytona Beach is looking for confident, positive, and sales‑driven team members who thrive in a fast‑paced environment and love connecting with people. This role is not just a front desk position;
Spa Associates build relationships with guests, recommend services and memberships, and create an exceptional spa experience from start to finish.

• Hourly pay plus uncapped commission

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Sales and customer service experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends preferred
