Territory Manager

Dynamic Equipment Group is seeking an experienced Territory Manager to join our Sales & Business Development department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities within their designated territory, promoting our innovative industrial solutions specifically designed for the construction industry. The role requires a proactive approach to creating and nurturing client relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements.

The ideal candidate will drive sales growth and market penetration by effectively leveraging their industry knowledge and sales expertise.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the designated territory.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
• Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately to maximize business outcomes.
• Coordinate with other teams to enhance business development strategies.
• Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.
