Help Families Build Their Dream Home on the Land They Love
Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for helping people achieve their dream of home ownership? We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused On Your Land (OYL) Sales Associate to serve clients throughout Volusia and Flagler Counties.
In this role, you will guide prospective homeowners through the process of building a new home on their own property, from initial consultation to contract execution. The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, self-motivated, and committed to providing an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Generate and nurture leads through community outreach, referrals, marketing initiatives, and networking opportunities.
- Meet with prospective buyers to understand their needs, budget, and vision for their new home.
- Educate customers on our On Your Land building program, floor plans, features, financing options, and construction process.
- Assist customers in selecting home designs and options that best fit their property and lifestyle.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with lenders, real estate professionals, landowners, and community partners.
- Guide customers through the sales process from initial inquiry through contract signing.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities within the CRM system.
- Consistently achieve or exceed established sales goals.
- Represent the company professionally at community events, home shows, and other promotional activities.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience that reflects our company values and commitment to quality.
- Previous sales experience required; new home sales, real estate, mortgage, or related industry experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Experience in new home construction sales or real estate sales.
- Knowledge of land acquisition, site development, or construction processes.
- Florida Real Estate License (preferred but not required).
