• Deliver a world‑class fan experience and surpass sales goals.
• Support store operations and handle high‑traffic periods (evenings, weekends, holidays, promotions, product launches).
• Share product knowledge and inspire fans to style their jewellery.
• Maintain merchandising and retail operational standards.
• Work a flexible schedule that varies with business needs – from fewer hours in slow periods to increased availability during peak times.
• Complete the assessment required upon application.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Results‑oriented seller with a strong sales track record.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to charm, captivate, and connect with people at all levels.
• Minimum age 18 years and eligibility to work, with proof of identity.
• Strong sense of care in communication and a love of adventure.
• Flexible schedule availability – nights, weekends, holidays.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ lbs, and arrive reliably on time.
• Willingness to step in during high‑traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.
