Security Officer Patrol Access Control

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a hotel or resort location;
Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with property staff and/or first responders when needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, hallways, parking areas, amenities, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions;
Monitor access points, observe guest and visitor activity, and document incidents, disturbances, and/or maintenance-related concerns according to site protocols;
Support a welcoming atmosphere by assisting with directions, answering general questions, and helping to address security-related issues with professionalism and courtesy
