Observes activities to detect theft, fraud, or suspicious activity and collects investigative evidence using CCTV and floor observations;
Documents and reports apprehensions, witness statements, retention of evidence, and disposition of recovered merchandise;
Conducts external interviews with customers and contractors suspected of theft in accordance with local laws and company policy;
Travels to stores as necessary and supports store leadership in safety and incident response;
Provides emergency or critical incident response and assists with investigations and audits
