Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule: Thursday: 12:00 PM - 11:30 PM (fixed‑shift commitment for six months). Additional shifts can be claimed as needed.

How This Role Works:

• Fixed‑Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six‑month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites.

• Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and report relevant details according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor for unusual behavior, policy violations, and/or potential loss concerns, and communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Support access control, closing procedures, and/or crowd and line management during busy business periods, special events, and store opening and closing activities.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
