Apartment Maintenance Technician

Pay Rate: $18 - $22/hr

• Respond to service requests and complete work orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new occupants by managing the turnover process.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, keeping them clean and debris‑free.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Perform routine electrical, plumbing, appliance, and carpentry repairs, such as:
• Repairing electrical circuits, switches, and breakers.
• Installing or servicing light fixtures and appliances (stoves, refrigerators, washers, dryers).
• Fixing and replacing toilets, sinks, vanities, disposals, and caulking.
• Carpentry work on doors, window screens, blinds.
• Painting and drywall repair.
• Removing miscellaneous trash, including discarded appliances.
• Clearing drains and sewer lines up to 4 ft.

• Self‑motivated, reliable, and hands‑on professional.
• Knowledge of maintenance repair and service across multiple areas.
• Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC certification is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and use ladders safely.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Availability to work weekends as required.
