AIR Communities is hiring a Maintenance Technician to work onsite at our Daytona Beach community in Florida. You will perform basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and support resident move-ins and service requests to keep residents happy.
We offer an hourly rate of $22.00-$23.00 plus quarterly bonuses, a 50% rent discount, and growth opportunities through AIR’s training programs. Applicants should have at least 2 years of maintenance experience.
