Maintenance Worker

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance worker to perform upkeep tasks such as repairs and cleaning. You will be responsible for applying basic fixes to equipment and building systems and ensure facilities are tidy and functional.

Being reliable with a keen eye for detail is the first step to getting this job. A successful Maintenance Technician should be able to perform general maintenance and repairs of apartments and community building and also possess manual dexterity and physical stamina.

Responsibilities:

· Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls etc.

· Replace fill valves, wax rings, flush valves on toilets, replace bath and kitchen faucets

· Install appliances and equipment

· Replace light bulbs, defective switches and outlets, install light fixtures and ceiling fans

· Repair drywall and texture, determine paint sheens and perform full house paint out

· Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems

· HVAC Certification preferred but not required
