Social Services Director at Indigo Manor Nursing and Rehab will:

• Oversee the social services department, including staff management and supervision
• Develop and implement social services programs and services to meet the needs of our residents
• Conduct social service assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and company policies
• Develop and manage budgets for social services department
• Maintain accurate records and reports

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in social work SNF/LTC or related field
