Position:
Software Engineer (Associate/Experienced/Senior) – F15 Mission Systems Software Team, Daytona Beach, FL.

We are seeking a highly motivated Software Engineer to design and implement new capabilities in the F‑15 Operational Flight Program (OFP) for both the United States Air Force (USAF) and international customers. The candidate will join one of the multi‑discipline Agile scrum teams that develop, integrate, and maintain a wide range of aircraft functionalities.

• Develop, document and maintain architectures, requirements, algorithms, interfaces and designs for software systems
• Develop and maintain code and integrate software components into a fully functional software system
• Develop software verification plans, test procedures and test environments, executing the test procedures and documenting test results to ensure software system requirements are met
• Execute and document software research and development projects
• Serve as a subject matter expert for software domains, system‑specific issues, processes and regulations
• Troubleshoot software issues
• Work under general direction

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Active Secret Clearance
• 2+ years of experience in C, C++, C#, Python, Java, or Ada
• 2+ years of experience developing, documenting, and maintaining architectures, algorithms, interfaces, and designs for software systems

• Level 3: 5 or more years’ related work experience or equivalent education and experience
• Level 4: 9 or more years’ related work experience or equivalent education and experience
• Agile/SAFe development experience
• Experience with Dev Ops tools such as Git Lab (CI/CD), Git Bash, Gradle, Jira, Jenkins, and Artifactory
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with stakeholders of different backgrounds and skill levels
• Experience developing embedded real‑time software
• Experience working with Real‑time Operating Systems (RTOS)

• Travel: less than 10 %
