Position Details
- Deliver packages with accuracy, professionalism, and care.
- Operate company-provided delivery vans, following all safety and driving guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and managers throughout the day.
- Represent Elite OnPoint with professionalism, reliability, and a customer-first attitude.
- Drivers: $20.75/hour + weekly safety & performance incentives
- Driver Helpers: $18.00/hour + incentives
- Paid weekly
- Paid Time Off (PTO): 2 weeks annually (full-time)

- Drivers must be 21 years of age or older
- Helpers must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license
- 1+ year experience driving a commercial vehicle preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Able to lift up to 60 lbs. and complete up to 180 delivery stops per day
- Must pass a background check and drug test
