Job Summary

Retail Inventory Associate - Driver (Part Time). Starting Wage: $15.00 - $17.50. The more you are available, the more you can earn. Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.

• Safe transportation of team members to and from inventory events; adhere to traffic laws and WIS driver safety requirements; conduct vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning.
• Count and record inventory with precision.

• Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods.

• At least 21 years old for qualified van driver; at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs.
• Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales, Driver, or Warehouse work.
• No inventory experience required; discipline and training will be provided.
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts; comfortable learning handheld scanners or count tools.
• Strong focus and attention to detail; reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• No degree needed; open to candidates with no prior experience, returning to the workforce, or military experience.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months; minimum of three years proven driving experience.
• Willingness to submit to pre‑employment investigative consumer report, pre‑employment screening and MVR checks.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation.
• Availability for flexible schedules, varying hours, early mornings, and/or late nights.

This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking; use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions; frequently be in low level positions such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching; use a ladder; lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.; and frequently travel via car and occasionally by plane, including overnight stays.
