Job Responsibilities

Driver / operator of company vehicles. Provides courteous and efficient delivery and pick-up of packages. Checks shipments for conformance to Fed Ex features of service and provides related customer service functions. Performs other duties as assigned.

Full time, Tuesday
- Saturday, 8am to 5pm (Tue
- Fri) and 9am to 4pm Saturday.

High school diploma or GED. Must be licensed for the type of vehicle assigned.

Must meet the qualifications outlined in section 391 of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and be at least 21 years of age.

Medical exam required in accordance with FMCSA or FAA regulations.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person.
• Good human relations and verbal communication skills.
• Neat appearance for customer contact.
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
• Ability to read and speak the English language sufficiently to understand traffic signs, communicate with traffic safety officials and respond to official inquiries and directions in accordance with FMCSA enforcement guidance.
