Job Overview

CDL A Drivers 90K to 112K Run 21 and Home 7 Days 100% No Touch (Full Time)

• Run 21 days and home 7 days (2 travel days, 7 at home) on 100% no‑touch freight, 85% drop and hook
• Drivers average $1,650–$2,100 per week, paid $.65–$.70 CPM with an aggressive sign‑on bonus
• Company pays for transportation home and back to the truck; drivers must park at a terminal in Columbus, OH, Mansfield, PA, or Charlotte, NC and preventive maintenance is performed during home time
• Routes:
  Midwest, Mid‑Atlantic, Southeast, and Northeast (no deliveries in NY)
• Trucks are Freightliners, K‑W, or Internationals, about 18 months old, equipped with a fridge, microwave, inverter, APU, flat‑screen TV, and XM radio
• Full benefits start after 60 days, including bonus, PTO, medical, dental, 401(k), and more

• Minimum 8 months OTR or Regional in the last 3 years, with at least 2 months in winter conditions (Dec–Feb)
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years, no more than 2 in the last 12 months, and none serious
• No DOT preventable accidents in the last 3 years
• No more than 3 parking lot incidents in the last 2 years
• No 15+ incidents in the last year; no cell‑phone usage, careless/reckless driving, following too closely, improper passing, or speeding in the last 3 years
• No more than 4 driving jobs in the last 12 months
• May not have been terminated from any driving job in the last 12 months; no more than 2 terminations in the last 3 years
• No DUI ever in a CMV
