Warehouse Associate - Springwell

Responsibilities

• Receiving and processing of inventory:
  Unloading delivery trucks, verifying quantities and condition
• Order Picking and Packing:
  Accurately selecting items from stock based on customer orders, properly packing items and labeling for shipment
• Warehouse Organization:
  Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space, properly storing products and following established procedures
• Safety Compliance:
  Adhere to all warehouse safety regulations, wearing required safety gear and reporting any safety hazards
• Teamwork:
  Collaborate with other warehouse staff to meet daily goals, communicating effectively with colleagues and supervisors
• Physical Stamina:
  Ability to lift boxes/bags between 50-60lbs, stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

In addition to base salary, employees may participate in an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role‑based sales incentive plan.
