An international organisation within a high?growth, innovation-driven industry is looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to support its expanding HR and recruitment operations. The company operates in a dynamic, multicultural environment and values collaboration, precision, and a strong candidate experience.

Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment team with interview scheduling, candidate communication, documentation, and coordination activities. You will act as a central point of contact for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, ensuring smooth and efficient recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews (phone, video, in-person), including travel arrangements when needed.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment status updates in the ATS.
  • Support recruiters and hiring managers by confirming interview logistics.
  • Serve as a communication bridge between candidates and the HR team.
  • Prepare and send recruitment-related correspondence.
  • Assist with virtual or in-person meetings and internal events.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR function.
  • Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, project coordination, or scheduling-focused roles.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Service-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
  • Experience with ATS systems (such as Workday, Greenhouse, Taleo, Success Factors) is an advantage.
  • High School diploma required;
    Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
