MAD Movement is op zoek naar een groepenbegeleider in De Bilt. In deze rol begeleid je groepen vrijwilligers bij diverse projecten, waarbij jij hen helpt om waardevolle bijdragen te leveren aan de gemeenschap.
Je bereidt projecten voor door bij bewoners op bezoek te gaan. Op de projectdag zorg je voor een goede samenkomst en begeleiding tussen vrijwilligers en bewoners. Een positieve ervaring in projectbegeleiding en goede sociale vaardigheden zijn vereist.
