MAD Movement zoekt een planner voor het Meldpunt in De Bilt. Als vrijwilliger ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aannemen van telefoongesprekken en het coördineren van vervoer voor inwoners zonder eigen transport. Je werkt samen in een divers team en bouwt relaties op met zowel chauffeurs als aanvragers.
Je registreert aanvragen en onderhoudt contact met je team via Whats App en e-mail. De vrijwilligersrol biedt je de kans om deel te nemen aan trainingen en sociale bijeenkomsten.
