YES Logistiek zoekt een Relatiebeheerder & Recruiter die als gezicht en aanspreekpunt fungeert voor kandidaten werkzaam via YES Logistiek. Je onderhoudt actief contact, signaleert onvrede en vertrekrisico, en zorgt voor binding met zowel kandidaten als opdrachtgevers.
Daarnaast voer je intakegesprekken, werft proactief kandidaten en ondersteunt het team bij het invullen van vacatures. Je combineert relatiebeheer en werving in één functie en vergroot het netwerk in Rotterdam/Westland.
