Office Support Role

You'll take ownership of essential daily tasks—including managing incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining office supply inventories, stocking beverage stations, filing important documents, and coordinating company visits and tours.

Schedule:
- 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday - Friday

Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to effectively utilize (writing, speaking, reading) the English language.
- Must be able to communicate providing verbal and written feedback in a professional and understanding manner.
- Ability to operate a computer and a variety of standard office equipment.
- Ability to operate a multi-line phone system.
- Ability to type accurately and proficiently.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers, decimals and fractions.
- Regular attendance is required, may be required to work some overtime.
- Ability to read, comprehend and follow simple written and oral instructions.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Requires nearly constant concentration and attention to detail.
- Any combination equivalent to graduation from high school.
- Ability to walk and hear for 90% of work time.
- Standing and walking required for up to 25% of work time.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds or less 20% of work time. May lift up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to: see clearly at 20 inches or less; ability to identify and distinguish colors; ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point and the ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus.
