Overview
St. Norbert College is accepting applications for instructors who can teach U.S. history. Applicants should have at least an MA in history; a PhD is preferred. The pool may be used on an as‑needed basis, and applications will remain active for up to two years.

As staffing needs arise, the dean of arts and sciences will review the pool and contact interested applicants. Adjunct faculty may also be needed for last‑minute openings; disciplines can communicate their needs during interviews.
Qualifications- Minimum Academic
Qualifications:
Master’s or higher in the discipline or subfield in which they teach. - Minimum Professional
Experience:
At least five years of professional experience in the field, with demonstrations of currency within the last five years (work experience, publications, licensure, presentations, or equivalent).
Interested applicants should submit a current curriculum vitae and introductory cover letter. Applicants who meet the minimum requirements are not automatically accepted; all decisions are at the discretion of the dean.
