Under the direction of the FP&A Director, the Financial Analyst will manage and drive improvement in financial reporting, planning and analysis.
Job DescriptionESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparation of long-range plans, annual plans and quarterly forecasts
- Perform weekly cash flow analysis and forecasting
- Prepare financial reports comparing actual results against budgets and prior year results
- Serve as the key analytical role supporting strategy and planning
- Develop KPI's and monitor progress against a reporting dashboard
- Ad Hoc projects involving analysis and reporting
- Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences
- Other duties as assigned

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 3+ years of business experience with significant forecasting, planning and analysis experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with other parts of the business
- Strong business acumen and judgment
- Ability to effectively simplify and communicate financial issues with associates and vendors outside of Finance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products; expertise in MS Excel
- CPA or MBA preferred
- Great Plains/Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred

The Financial Analyst position is a full-time position.
