About the Role:

We are seeking a Sr Analyst, Order to Cash‑ Credit to support internal Tree House stakeholders and the Order to Cash (OTC) team as a subject matter expert for complex processes related to Credit Management and Collection Management. This role uses advanced data analysis to identify issues, assess risk, determine root cause, and lead discussions with internal and external customers to resolve business problems.

The Senior Analyst is responsible for completing customer credit reviews and establishing lines of credit, evaluating customer risk in relation to credit line usage and order release, managing complex customer account activity to support timely payment, ensuring compliance with internal controls, and completing month‑end related tasks. This individual serves as a key resource for escalations, process improvement, reporting, and departmental initiatives while providing guidance and support to achieve key departmental performance indicators.

You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

• Lead customer credit reviews to establish appropriate lines of credit and perform ongoing risk assessments for complex customer accounts.
