Job Summary
Are you a compassionate caregiver looking for a flexible work schedule that can bring happiness not only into your own life but also into someone else's? If so, this may be the perfect job for you. Community Horizons is seeking a caregiver for a family located in the De Pere area. In this position, you will help a mother with her adult son who has special needs with daily living tasks and supportive home care needs.
Location& Schedule
Location: De Pere, WI
Schedule: Pick your days to work – Monday to Friday or weekends, 5 pm – 8 pm
Pay: $16.32 per hour
Responsibilities- Assist with bathing and toileting
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping (laundry, mopping, sweeping, dishes)
- Assist with medications
- Nail and hair care
- Engage in conversation with a member
- Transfers utilizing a steady lift (similar to a Sit‑to‑Stand)
- Catheter care
- Motivation to help others in their own home
- Able to take directions
- Cooperative, reliable
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Able to pass a Wisconsin background check
- Friendly
