* About the Role:

*** We are seeking a Specialist, Customer & Pricing Master Data to support the integrity and consistency of customer master data across the organization. This role is responsible for implementing and maintaining data standards, ensuring accuracy across SAP and legacy systems, and proactively identifying and resolving data anomalies. The Specialist will apply best practices to drive data quality, support business processes, and enable reliable reporting and decision-making.
*** You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:
**** Implement and enforce master data standards for customer master data across SAP and legacy systems.
* Regularly review and monitor customer master data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
* Identify and analyze anomalies in master data, determining the root causes and necessary corrective actions.
* Develop and maintain dashboards or reports to track data quality metrics and trends.
* Implement best practices for data correction, including data cleansing and standardization techniques.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of data issues.
* Collaborate with IT, Customer Service, and other departments to address master data concerns and improve data management processes.
* Provide training and support to staff on master data standards and best practices.
* Stay current with industry trends and technologies related to master data management.
* Propose enhancements to data management processes and systems to improve overall data quality and efficiency.
