Maintenance Specialist​/Locksmith

St. Norbert College (SNC), a nationally ranked, private, Catholic, liberal arts college, is seeking a part‑time Maintenance Specialist to join our facilities team.

• Perform numerous maintenance tasks throughout the campus, such as daily work orders, repairs, and modifications.
• Perform various masonry tasks and repairs.
• Repair broken windows and install new window components.
• Perform various carpentry tasks.
• Assist with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs.
• Assist with snow removal and participate in the on‑call program.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years of related work experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Basic math skills.
• Sound judgment and timely decision‑making skills.
• Ability to lead by example.
• Ability to maintain focus in a noisy environment.

The hours for this position are flexible, with a schedule of four hours per day, Monday through Friday. The position is generally not expected to work nights or weekends except for possible snow removal.
