Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in De Pere, WI. We’re seeking a strategic Vice President of Operations to lead manufacturing operations across multiple divisions and drive operational excellence in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and workforce effectiveness.

Qualifications
  • Lead all production and operations across four divisions
  • Translate company strategy into executable operational plans
  • Own key operational KPIs (safety, quality, delivery, labor efficiency, cost)
  • Lead, coach, and develop divisional operations leaders
  • Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM initiatives to improve performance and scalability
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering, HR, and Finance
  • Own manufacturing budgets, Cap Ex, and P&L
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and EH&S standards
  • Champion automation, Industry 4.0, and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 15+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
  • 7–10+ years in senior, multi-site operations leadership roles
  • Strong financial acumen with P&L ownership
  • Proven leader of leaders with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or PMP certification preferred
