St. Norbert College seeks a Marketplace Shift Supervisor to support Ruth's Marketplace in the absence of the Manager and PM Assistant Manager. This role supervises 10–12 student workers per shift, oversees service standards, and ensures safety and efficiency throughout daily operations.
The position runs Monday–Friday 12:00 pm–8:30 pm with rotating weekends, totaling 40 hours weekly year-round. Requires Serv Safe eligible/certification and strong customer service skills.
