Induction Machine Operator - 2nd Shift Description Metals  Engineering, Inc. is an ISO certified heat treatment company with 3 locations in the Green Bay area, Wisconsin. We have been in the business for over 50 years and pride ourselves on the high level of service that we provide the clients within our market.
** Position Overview
** We are currently looking to add to our dynamic workforce and have open positions for individuals interested in operating an Induction Machine and other various types of Heat Treatment equipment.
** Second Shift** – Monday - Friday 3:00PM - 11:30PM
* Training will be provided on first shift.
* Responsibilities
* * Duties & Responsibilities
*** Set up and operation of heat treatment equipment
* Perform process inspections to ensure parts are processed to customer specification
* Meet production schedules
* Operation of forklift
* Promote and participate in safety regulations and procedures Qualifications
** Required Skills & Abilities
*** Ability to demonstrate a logical, detailed, disciplined approach to equipment operation
* Strong desire to be an excellent team member and support other team members on your shift, on other shifts, and across locations
* Solid past work history
