Maintenance Mechanic needed for a manufacturing plant in Green Bay, WI to perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on heat-treat equipment, CNC machining centers, and plant infrastructure. 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience, mechanical aptitude with hydraulics/pneumatics and basic electrical knowledge (480V, 3-phase), ability to read schematics, and adherence to safety protocols like LOTO. Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

Location: Green Bay, WI

Pay Range: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour

Shift: First Shift

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on heat-treat equipment, CNC machining centers, and plant infrastructure.
• Inspect equipment for wear, leaks, or abnormal conditions and report findings.
• Maintain accurate maintenance checklists and logs.
• Follow all safety protocols, including lockout/tagout (LOTO), and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Use proper personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times to ensure safety and compliance.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills.
• Minimum 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in heat-treat or CNC machining environments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, drives, belts, chains, gearboxes, and electrical fundamentals (480V, 3-phase, control circuits).
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals, and work independently with minimal supervision.
