Former Operator - 2nd Shift

Description

If you enjoy working in a climate-controlled facility and have a natural knack for troubleshooting, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! As a Forming Operator, your daily impact includes:

• Execute efficient item and roll changes to minimize downtime.
• Monitor machine performance and perform general maintenance to prevent bottlenecks.
• Conduct rigorous quality checks to ensure every product meets our Direct Food Contact standards (BRC/GMP Standards)
• Manage machine feeding and material handling during high-speed runs.

What You Bring to the Team

• An understanding of how machines work and can "hear" when something needs adjustment.
• You thrive in fast-paced environments and can pivot between independent tasks and team collaboration.
• Comfortable working with modern automated systems and digital interfaces.
• Strong verbal and written English skills, paired with basic math proficiency for quality logging.
• A commitment to the 2nd shift schedule (Mon-Fri, 2pm-10pm) and the flexibility for overtime/weekends when the team needs a win.
• Training Period:
  To set you up for success, initial training occurs on 1st Shift (6am-2pm) for up to your first 120 days.

• Manufacturing experience is a plus, but if you have a high mechanical aptitude and a great attitude, we will train you.
