Belmark is seeking a Web-to-Print® Press Operator to be responsible for the operation of the HP Indigo Press Technology utilized in production in the Web-to-Print® Division. Must be responsive to customer needs. Overtime and flexible hours will be required. Expected to operate the machine at the highest efficiency possible while following standard operating procedures and work instructions to produce a high quality product.

- 1st shift hours are from 6:00 a.m.
- 2:00 p.m., Monday - Friday
- $21 - $23 per Hour. The hourly rate for this position is determined by the level of the role, relevant experience, and may incorporate shift differentials, ensuring fair compensation that reflects both expertise and responsibilities entailed.
- Responsible to follow all safety procedures as required by the role, and to nurture a food safety culture by adhering to all Safe Quality Foods requirements.
- Responsible for complying with and following all standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Maintain quality, productivity and waste according to set standards.
- Perform all job tasks utilizing required personal protective equipment and correct safety procedures.
- Web the press.
- Clean the press.
- Perform routine press maintenance.
- Complete the necessary paperwork.
- Understand and properly utilize HP DFE Software
- Keep work area and machine organized and clean.
- Responsible for meeting the 48 hour stated turn around objective.
- May cross train in other areas of Web-to-Print®
- May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

- Any combination equivalent to graduation from high school.
- Knowledge of and the ability to effectively utilize the English language.
- Must have excellent problem solving skills.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers, decimals and fractions.
- Ability to give, receive and analyze information.
- Ability to effectively navigate and operate a computer.
- Requires nearly constant concentration and attention to detail.
