The Opportunity:

Don’t Just Run the Machine. Own the Process.

Are you a "fixer" who is always looking for a better way to do things? We are looking for a Sr. Chemical Operator who does more than just push buttons. We need a technician who will partner with our highly automated chemical production equipment to drive efficiency, identify bottlenecks, and constantly improve how we work.

If you are tired of stagnant roles and want a position where your ideas for improvement are actually implemented, this is your next career move.

What You’ll Do (The "Improvement" Mindset)
  • System Optimization: You won’t just monitor the equipment; you will actively look for ways to reduce cycle times and minimize waste.
  • Technical Troubleshooting & Root Cause: When the automation stops, you don't just "reset"—you find out why it happened and suggest a fix to prevent it from happening again.
  • Process Partnership: Work alongside our engineering and maintenance teams to "tune" the automated systems for peak performance.
  • Precision Control: Manage sophisticated chemical flows through automated sensors and high-speed equipment with an eye for detail and quality.
What We’re Looking For
  • The "Continuous Improvement" Spark: You naturally notice when a process is inefficient and you have the drive to speak up and help fix it.
  • Mechanical & Logic Aptitude: You understand how automated sequences work (sensors, timing, and mechanical flow) and can "think like the machine."
  • Advanced

    Experience:

Ideally, you’ve worked in a high-tech manufacturing environment (Food, Paper, or Chemical) where you were responsible for more than just basic labor.
  • Reliability & Ownership: You take pride in your work area. We need someone who treats this advanced equipment like it’s their own.
