Assembly Associate

Overview

Ameri Lux Family of Companies (AFoC) is hiring! We are looking for a hardworking, driven team member to join our production operations. In this role you will be part of our team that focuses on the preparation and assembly of various raw materials. All A-Team members are cross trained inside and outside their main department. Leadership opportunities are widely available.

• Operate and maintain drill presses, miter saws, table saws, and other essential machinery to meet production needs.
• Perform material cutting to precise width and length specifications, including specialized modifications as needed.
• Assist in the assembly and production of high-quality products, adhering to company standards and timelines.
• Collaborate with the team on performance metrics for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Assist to help streamline inventory, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting while gaining exposure to supply chain operations and material forecasting.

$17- $20 per hour.

1st Shift: Monday-Thursday 5:00 pm - 3:30 pm. Overtime opportunities are available.

• Regularly lift and maneuver materials weighing up to 50 lbs. as part of daily operations, demonstrating strength and endurance in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of how to use various power tools is a plus but not required.
• Knowledge of how to read and interpret blueprint drawings is a plus but not required.
