Position Overview
Belmark is seeking an individual to join our team at the Web-to-Print® Pressure Sensitive plant in De Pere, WI. In this role, you will be responsible for the operation of the HP Indigo Press Technology used in the Web-to-Print® Division. You must be responsive to customer needs, work overtime and flexible hours as required, and operate the machine at the highest efficiency while following standard operating procedures and work instructions to produce a high‑quality product.
Schedule- 3rd shift hours are from 6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m., Sunday, 12:00 a.m.–6:00 a.m., Monday – Thursday
- $23.00 – $25 per hour. The hourly rate for this position is determined by the level of the role, relevant experience, and may incorporate shift differentials.
- The shift differential for 3rd shift is $2.00 more per hour
- Follow all safety procedures and nurture a food safety culture by adhering to all Safe Quality Foods requirements.
- Comply with and follow all standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Maintain quality, productivity and waste according to set standards.
- Perform all job tasks utilizing required personal protective equipment and correct safety procedures.
- Web the press.
- Clean the press.
- Perform routine press maintenance.
- Complete the necessary paperwork.
- Understand and properly utilize HP DFE Software.
- Keep work area and machine organized and clean.
- Meet the 48‑hour turnaround objective.
- May cross‑train in other areas of Web-to‑Print®.
- May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

- Effective communication skills in English (writing, speaking, reading).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills.
- Basic math abilities (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division of whole numbers, decimals and fractions).

- High concentration and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Regular attendance is essential; overtime and additional shifts may be required.
- Ability to read, comprehend and follow simple written and oral instructions.
- Professional and friendly communication.
- Physical abilities: stand and walk 80% of the time; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl 20% of the time; see clearly at 20 inches or less and at 20 feet or more; find colors and judge distances; use hands 100% of the time; reach above shoulders 50% of the time; use feet to operate machines 30% of the time; lift weights as specified.
